In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 To register and use the pgb3t Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
2.2 pgb3t reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending resolution.
2.3 If you no longer satisfy these eligibility requirements at any point after registration, you are obligated to notify pgb3t immediately and cease using the Platform. Any winnings generated while ineligible may be voided at pgb3t's sole discretion.
3.1 To access real-money gaming services on pgb3t, you must register an Account. Registration is free of charge.
3.2 During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method. You must keep this information updated at all times.
3.3 Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. pgb3t uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated Accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pgb3t staff will never ask for your password.
3.5 You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pgb3t's support team immediately via live chat.
3.6 pgb3t reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason, in accordance with its risk management and compliance obligations.
4.1 All Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be triggered at any other time at pgb3t's discretion as part of routine compliance procedures.

4.4 KYC review is typically completed within 10 minutes during standard WIB operating hours. If additional documentation is required, pgb3t will contact you via your registered email address or live chat within 24 hours.
4.5 Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed. pgb3t accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing that result from a Player's failure to submit required documentation promptly.
pgb3t accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt. pgb3t does not charge any fee on deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of transaction.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared family accounts — are not permitted and may trigger an Account review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC completion. pgb3t targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and under 10 minutes for bank transfer channels (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) during standard WIB operating hours. These are target times, not guaranteed service levels.
pgb3t does not charge any withdrawal fee. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Player's Account dashboard. Withdrawals exceeding the standard daily limit may require additional documentation and may be processed in multiple tranches at pgb3t's discretion.
pgb3t reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, Account duplication, or breach of these Terms. Where a transaction is declined, pgb3t will notify the Player and, where legally permissible, provide a reason.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in IDR. pgb3t does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied by pgb3t; any conversion costs incurred by a Player through their own bank or payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.
6.1 pgb3t offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and take precedence where there is any conflict.
6.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
6.3 Seasonal promotions — including those aligned to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day — are subject to their own specific terms and validity windows as published at the time of each campaign.
6.4 pgb3t actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine play, and the use of automated betting systems. Where bonus abuse is identified, pgb3t reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the Account pending investigation.
7.1 All games available on the pgb3t Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game is governed by its own Game Rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Game Rules of a specific title, the Game Rules of that title will prevail for matters specific to gameplay outcomes.
7.2 pgb3t's sportsbook covers a broad range of markets including BRI Liga 1 Indonesian football, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports. Specific sportsbook betting rules — including settlement procedures, void bet conditions, and in-play betting terms — are published within the sportsbook interface and form part of these Terms.
7.3 All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness. pgb3t does not manipulate or influence game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
7.4 In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game session, pgb3t will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in a fair manner. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system fault, pgb3t's decision on the outcome will be final, subject to the Player's right to raise a formal dispute as set out in the support section of the Platform.
7.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be updated by pgb3t from time to time without prior notice.

8.3 pgb3t will not market directly to any Player who has an active cooling-off period or self-exclusion in place. Players who have self-excluded will not receive promotional communications from pgb3t for the duration of the exclusion period.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgb3t Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, recreational gaming. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of pgb3t's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.
11.1 pgb3t collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 pgb3t uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Payment credentials are stored in tokenised form and are not accessible to pgb3t staff.
11.3 pgb3t will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide Platform services (for example, sharing data with payment processors to complete a transaction).
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgb3t's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided by pgb3t shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 pgb3t shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability.
12.3 pgb3t does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access to some or all Platform features.
12.4 pgb3t is not responsible for the quality, performance, or availability of any internet connection used to access the Platform, nor for any data charges incurred by the Player in doing so.
13.1 pgb3t reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pgb3t reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
13.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, pgb3t will communicate the reason for the suspension within a reasonable timeframe and will conduct the investigation as promptly as practicable.
13.3 Where an Account is terminated for a verified breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account following the deduction of any funds that are subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment channel within a reasonable period, unless the Balance itself is considered to be proceeds of fraudulent or illegal activity.
13.4 Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting pgb3t's support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC if not already completed.
14.1 pgb3t reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pgb3t will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via a notification displayed on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to registered Players.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
14.3 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at pgb3t.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision took effect.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pgb3t's international operating jurisdiction. pgb3t operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform that is Licensed and Regulated Internationally.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pgb3t's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
15.3 Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence. Indonesian Players retain all statutory consumer protections available to them under applicable Indonesian law to the extent that such protections cannot be excluded by contract.
15.4 For day-to-day disputes regarding game outcomes, account balances, or transaction errors, Players are encouraged to contact pgb3t's 24/7 support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.
